Al menos 39 civiles y 21 rebeldes huthíes han muerto en Yemen después de los ataques aéreos lanzados por la coalición encabezada por Arabia Saudita, este viernes 27 contra los rebeldes que combaten al gobierno yemení, cuyo ex presidente abandonó el país este jueves 26.
El Ministerio de Salud, controlado por los rebeldes, informó que 39 civiles han fallecido en dos días de ofensiva militar, de los cuales 12 murieron este viernes 27 durante un bombardeo a la base militar, mientras que los huthíes perdieron a 21 combatientes.
Los ataques aéreos se dirigieron contra depósitos de armas y varios campamentos militares controlados por el grupo rebelde en las regiones de Malaheez y Hafr Sufya, al norte de Yemen, así como al complejo presidencial capturado por los huthíes en febrero.
Las fuerzas leales al ex presidente de Yemen, Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi, combaten a las milicias rebeldes en las regiones del sur del país. Los combatientes leales a Hadi impusieron este viernes 27 un toque de queda de las 19:00 a las 7:00 horas en la ciudad porteña de Adén, informó la agencia Xinhua.
