Un ciudadano estadounidense que tomaba fotografías pornográficas en México a una menor con el consentimiento de la madre, fue condenado a 199 años de prisión, informó este miércoles en un comunicado la PGR.
El extranjero fue detenido en Manzanillo, Colima luego de que la fiscalía lo acusó de tomar «fotos de contenido sexual a una menor de edad, las cuales trasmitía vía internet a otros países», indicó la fiscalía.
En los hechos también se encontró culpable a la madre de la menor que consentía los registros pornográficos.
Por los delitos de Pornografía de personas menores de dieciocho años y Portación de Arma de Fuego de Uso Exclusivo de las Fuerzas Armadas, el estadounidense recibió una «sentencia condenatoria de 199 años de prisión y una multa, por 1.5 millones de pesos».
El 29 de abril pasado otro sujeto fue detenido en el estado de Morelos en posesión de videograbaciones pornográficas de menos de edad.
La Fiscalía Especial para Delitos de Violencia contra las Mujeres y Trata de Personas ha documentado en los últimos cinco años más de 4 mil páginas de pornografía infantil en internet creadas en México.
