Malas noticias para los seguidores de la saga de Akira Toriyama: Según el sitio oficial de Dragon Ball Z en América, FUNimation Entertainment ha adquirido los derechos en cines y formatos caseros para distribuir la secuela anime Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F (La resurrección de F).
Con el nombre en inglés Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ el sitio confirma el estreno de la película en salas de cine de los Estados Unidos para verano de 2015. Aunque esto indica que se estrenará con nuestros vecinos del Norte después que en Japón (abril 18), la película llegará allá mucho antes que en México y el resto de América Latina.
¿Por qué? Como recordarán y confirmando rumores previos, 20th Century Fox pospuso el estreno de esta película animada para otoño de este año en nuestra región, al parecer debido a la fuerte competencia de blockbusters como Furious 7 yAvengers: Era de Ultrón. Anteriormente se decía que F se estrenaría un día antes que en Japón, el 17 de abril.
Por si fuera poco, el espacio oficial informa que la sala de cine Egyptian Theatre de Los Ángeles afirma que tendrá la premiere de la película el sábado 11 de abril de 2015 (en japonés con subtítulos en inglés). Ya se pueden adquirir los boletos a través del sitio en cuestión.
