Se armó un gran revuelo en Colombia tras darse a conocer las imágenes del certamen infantil de belleza «Miss Tanguita».
El concurso, que consiste en ver a niñas de entre 6 y 10 años desfilando en bikini por encima de una pasarela, ha sido calificado por muchos de «aberrante» y ha incendidado a la sociedad colombiana y las redes sociales.
La edición del 2015 del concurso se realizó el pasado domingo en las inmediaciones del municipio de Barbosa, en Santander, con motivo de un festival que se celebra anualmente cerca del río que pasa por dicha localidad.
Muchos consideran que la exposición de menores de edad en escasa ropa, podría tener una connotación sexual.
De hecho, la directora del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, Cristina Plazas aseguró que este tipo de concurso corresponde al “maltrato infantil”, por lo que el caso será expuesto a la procuraduría.
