Esta semana, se confirmó que Pharrell Williams y Robin Thicke fueron acusados de plagio, luego de participar en un minucioso juicio en donde un musicólogo confirmó que existían ocho similitudes imposibles de obviar entre ambos tracks.
Por supuesto, los abogados de los famosos intentaron atenuar la situación, pero no obtuvieron resultados.
Cabe destacar, que Blurred Lines le otorgó unos 5.2 millones de dólares a Pharrell, unos 5.6 a Thicke, unos 6 a la compañía de grabación, sin mencionar que generó unos 8 millones adicionales en cuanto a ganancias de publicación.
Ahora, el jurado encargado de dictar la sentencia, indicó que ambos famosos deberán pagar la increíble suma de 7.4 millones por su plagio.
