Recordemos que el cantante fue arrestado por cargos de secuestro, agresión y agresión agravada de tercer grado, luego de ser acusado por Roberto Gómez que asegura que él y otros dos hombres lo envolvieron en plástico y lo golpearon en un estacionamiento para luego llevarlo a un hotel donde lo retuvieron en contra de su voluntad.
