Cuando Edward Porte hizo el reclamo, se ofendió aún más cuando los gigantes de comida rápida le ofrecieron tan sólo 15 libras en bonos de compensación, e inmediatamente publicó su desagradable experiencia con una foto del producto en mal estado en su red social de Facebook.
El hombre, de 33 años, escribió lo siguiente: “ Me han servido esta hamburguesa en Mcdonals-Holborn. Miren el moho en el pan, me he quejado y recibí 15 libras en bonos”.
La imagen ha sido compartida más de 58.000 veces en la red social. Un portavoz de McDonald dijo: “Tan pronto como fuimos alertados de este incidente, hemos pedido disculpas al Sr. Porter y se le reembolsará el dinar, además dique hemos abierto una investigación”.
La cadena de comida rápida tuvo que asegurares que ningún otro alimento estuviera en malas condiciones en todas sus locaciones.
