La red social creada por Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook, anunció este viernes que finalmente podrá soportar animaciones en formato de intercambio de gráficos, mejor conocidos como GIFs.
Al igual que todos los updates que realiza la red social, los usuarios podrán ir visualizando paulatinamente la integración de imágenes GIFs en su listado de noticias.
Para poder probar esta nueva función, los cibernautas deberán copiar el link de un GIF que esté hospedado en una página externa a Facebook, como Tumblr, Imgur o Giphy, y simplemente pegarlo en el mensaje que queremos que aparezca.
El formato GIF fue creado por CompuServe en 1987, y actualmente son muy populares en las redes sociales debido a que se utilizan para la creación de memes.
