Hackers de Rusia leyeron correos electrónicos no clasificados enviados por el presidente de los Estados Unidos, Barack Obama, según revelaron autoridades norteamericanas.
Sin embargo, a pesar de que los intrusos leyeron estos mensajes, además de otros correos enviados por el sistema no clasificado del departamento de estado, los “hackers” aparentemente no lograron acceder al sistema privado que protege el BlackBerry que el presidente norteamericano usa “constantemente”.
Los piratas cibernéticos habrían accedido a los archivos de personas dentro de la Casa Blanca, con quienes el presidente Obama se comunicaba constantemente.
Las autoridades que revelaron esta intrusión no ahondaron en el número de correos electrónicos de Obama que fueron recabados por los intrusos, ni de la seriedad de sus contenidos. Sin embargo, la cuenta de correo electrónico del presidente de EU no parece haber sido “hackeada”.
