El actor Eddie Redmayne ha sido confirmado como el protagonista de una nueva cinta basada en el universo de Harry Potter.
Se trata de «Bestias fantásticas y dónde encontrarlas» (Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them), una nueva producción de los estudios Warner Bros, que toma como punto de partida el libro de J.K. Rowling del mismo nombre.
Redmayne se convertirá en Newt Scamander, un aclamado zoologista mágico, quien en sus viajes ha documentado una serie incalculable d ecriaturas mágicas.
Esta será la primera incursion de J.K. Rowling como guionista de cine, proceso en el que será acompañada de la dirección de David Yates, quien estuvo a cargo de los últimos cuatro filmes de la saga de Harry Potter.

La cinta llegará a su estreno mundial en noviembre del próximo año.
