México.- Un hombre que viajó de polizonte en un avión que cubre la ruta entre Johannesburgo y Londres se encuentra grave en un hospital de esta última ciudad, mientras se sospecha que una persona más cayó del avión poco antes del aterrizaje.
La policía de Londres detalló que el migrante tiene 24 años y logró introducirse en el avión a través del tren de aterrizaje, en donde tuvo que soportar temperaturas de -60º centígrados.
El viaje entre las dos ciudades tiene una duración aproximada de once horas, a lo largo de 13 mil kilómetros.
Un portavoz de la policía informó que se cree que una segunda persona viajaba en el avión y cayó cuando se desplegó el tren de aterrizaje, ya que se encontró un cadáver en la ruta que lleva al aeropuerto de Heathrow.
En 2012, un hombre de Mozambique cayó de un avión proveniente de Angola sobre las calles de un barrio cercano al aeropuerto.
Autoridades aeroportuarias hicieron un llamado a sus contrapartes sudafricanas a redoblar sus medidas de seguridad para evitar que este incidente se repita.
